SvelteKit Full Stack Environment

A complete SvelteKit full-stack setup with Postgres, Prisma ORM, Redis, and Adminer. adapter-node is pre-configured so the same codebase builds for both development and a production Node.js deployment.

What's Included

• SvelteKit with Vite dev server and HMR
• Prisma ORM pre-initialized and pointing at Postgres
• Postgres 16 as the primary data store
• Redis 7 for server-side session storage or caching
• Adminer for visual DB management
• adapter-node installed and configured in svelte.config.js

Developer Experience

• Prisma schema seeded with a sample model — run npx prisma migrate dev to apply
• Database URL injected via .env — Prisma picks it up automatically
• HMR works in the container with --host 0.0.0.0 so your browser gets updates over localhost
• Environment variable handling documented for both dev and build modes
