Developer Experience

• Spring DevTools triggers a fast restart on any classpath change — mount your compiled classes for seamless reload
• spring.datasource.url and spring.redis.url read from environment variables — no hard-coded credentials
• Adminer pre-connected to Postgres on port 8081
• JVM flags pre-tuned for container environments (-XX:+UseContainerSupport)
