Elixir Phoenix Dev Stack

Phoenix up and running with a single command. Postgres and Redis are pre-wired, LiveView dependencies are included, and iex --remsh access is documented so you can drop into a running node without rebuilding the container.

What's Included

• Elixir 1.20 with Phoenix 1.7 and the full LiveView dependency chain
• Postgres 16 as the primary Ecto data store
• Redis 7 for Phoenix PubSub (via redix) or session storage
• Mix deps cached in a named volume — mix deps.get runs once, not on every restart

Developer Experience

• Phoenix server starts with mix phx.server on container up — LiveReload active for templates and assets
• Run mix tasks from your host: docker compose exec app mix ecto.migrate
• Remote IEx shell: docker compose exec app iex --sname console --remsh app@elite
• Repo configured and ready — no manual config/dev.exs edits needed

What You Get
